imageIt doesn’t matter what pose you are in –

it is the quality of attention that counts.

~ Tias Little

Once we are in the form, the quality of our attention will build awareness of patterns, both mental and physical.  As we deepen in awareness, we begin to sense our perceptions.  The lenses in which we see our world are formed through among other things; genetics, conditioning, upbringing, assigned and chosen roles, our environments, and personal experiences.  They are our biases.  Yoga is the process of  ‘seeing’  these biased patterns and giving ourselves the opportunity to shift.
