
Not what you were expecting? Maybe hoping for something more salacious? I hate to disappoint, but there is simply nothing disappointing about this yoga anatomy book by David Keil. While I find most anatomy texts to be dangerously boring, Keil’s book and website are fabulous resources for those of us wanting to better understand anatomy as it relates specifically to yoga asana and what we feel in our own or see in other bodies.
Continue to study. As you gain knowledge, you have more power to transform your body, your mind, and your practice.
